No spam, automation abuse, or violation of TikTok/Instagram/YouTube terms.
5. Content ownership
You retain all rights to content you create with ViralMyApp.
6. Intellectual property
ViralMyApp owns the platform, software, and brand IP.
7. Payments & refunds
Billing is processed by Polar.sh. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your billing portal. Access continues through the paid period.
9. Limitation of liability
Service is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect damages.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
We do not guarantee specific growth, view counts, or revenue outcomes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes.
